· Commercial filming is conducted only in the form of a rental contract in all spaces in the hotel, including rooms. Filming without prior consultation with hotel can be restricted.
· Check-in starts at 3PM, check-out is until 11AM
· Cancellation or change is possible without until 6PM of 1 day before check-in.
· Cancellation or change after 6PM of 1 day prior to check-in, penalty will be charged.
(1 night reservation: 100% of the stay fee, 100% of the initial stay fee for booking more than 2 nights)
· Deluxe room(Classic, Amour) standard number of people: 2 adults (maximum 2 people)
· Grand deluxe room (Secret, Atelier) & Suite standard number of people : 2 adults (up to 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children after additional fee)

· Extra bed (excluding tax) | 30,000 KRW * Advance request required (Max one extra bed can be set up in Grand Deluxe or Suite)
· Accommodation with a dog requires prior request and reservation confirmation of the hotel confirmation. Additional fee are incurred.

Only dogs weighing less than 10kg can stay up to two dogs per room, and some aggressive dogs may be restricted from entering according to the dog accompanying regulations.

The use of bath salts that may cause bathtub discoloration and bath gels that could potentially lead to slip accidents is not allowed for your safety.
